GREENWICH TOWNSHIP
BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
 
ZONING ORDINANCE
OF 1973
 
As Amended
November 6, 2000
 
The Township Zoning Ordinance of 1973, as amended in November, 2000, establishes regulations and restrictions for the location and use of lots, land, buildings, and other structures, the height, number of stories, and the size or bulk of buildings and structures, the density of population, off-street parking and similar accessory regulations in the Township of Greenwich, and for said purposes dividing the Township into districts and providing for administrative enforcement and amendment of its provision in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended.
